DAK is the 3rd largest health insurer in Germany with over 6.2 million members.

We are asked to design a web app to help people caring for a family member or loved one at home. We developed the DAK Pflegecoach (Care Coach) to teach people more about the challenges of home care and to help them overcome difficulties.

A gamified approach, along with useful, detailed and medically accurate information ensured that this e-health project meant a real increase in the quality of life for users and the people they are careing for.
