We worked with Zalando, one of the largest online fashion retailers in Europe, during an innovation project focusing on building an Alexa Skill for consumers.

Acting as consultants, we advised the team on conversation design and best practices when designing for voice. At the end of the project, the rsulting implemtation was presented to the management board and was roundly praised. The company is now exploring the next steps in rolling out VUI features on its platform.
